How quickly will I hear back?
WhatsApp is fastest — usually within 45 minutes between 9am and 5pm. Emails and form messages are answered within 3 business hours, Saturdays within 8 hours and Sundays the next morning.
Can I visit your studio?
We’re an online gallery, so our Cape Town production studio isn’t open to walk-ins. Every piece is made to order and delivered to your door — and we’re always a WhatsApp away if you’d like help choosing.
How long does delivery take?
Each artwork is made to order and dispatched within about 5 working days, then delivered nationwide by courier. Delivery is R150, or free on orders over R1 500. Track your order here.
Can you help me choose a size or frame?
Yes — send us a photo of your wall on WhatsApp with a rough width, and we’ll suggest the size and finish that suits it. You can also try any artwork on your own wall with our free “See it in your room” preview.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days from delivery to return an artwork for store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. See our returns policy for the details.
