Every artwork is carefully packed with corner protectors and sturdy wrapping. In the rare case something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with your order number and we'll put it right, with no restocking fee and no return delivery cost to you.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to contact us and request a return.
Do I get my money back?
Returns are for store credit, which you can use on any artwork, size or finish on artworld.co.za. It's a great way to choose a piece that suits your space even better.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the store credit. There's no fee if your item arrived damaged, faulty or wasn't what you ordered.
Who pays for return delivery?
Return delivery is paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover it.
Can I return a framed artwork?
Custom framing is made to order in solid hardwood, so it can't be returned. Not sure about a size? Use See it in your room on any product page, or ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away with your order number. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat R150 anywhere in South Africa, and free on orders of R1 500 or more.
